Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Payment Methods

Transactions on the fg66 platform are currently supported through three major mobile financial services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet). Only these methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals.

3.2 Limits and Processing Times

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional time for verification.

3.3 Security Verification

fg66 may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals will be sent to the same mobile number used to make the deposit.

Bonus and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be completed.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. The games that count towards wagering are determined at fg66's discretion and are subject to change.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to claim promotional benefits through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other fraudulent method will result in immediate account termination and seizure of funds.

VIP Program and Cashback

5.1 VIP Tiers

fg66's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A member advances to a higher tier based on regular play and activity. fg66 sets the criteria for VIP promotion.

5.2 Weekly Cashback

Cashback is given on each week's net losses: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in a given week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

5.3 Reward Usage Terms

VIP rewards and cashback are provided under fg66's standard bonus policy. These benefits are non-transferable and are for personal use only.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fg66 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same person
• Operating an account under someone else's identity or on their behalf
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software for betting or gaming
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or technical vulnerabilities
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or introducing illegally obtained funds
• Using fake or stolen payment methods

If any such activity is detected, fg66 reserves the right to close the account, seize funds, and take legal action if necessary.

Gaming Rules and Result Determination

7.1 Software and Results

All games offered on fg66 are operated by software from third-party certified game providers. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG) and each round is completely independent.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a lost internet connection or server issue, the data stored on fg66's servers will be considered final. fg66 reserves the right to recover any winnings mistakenly paid out due to a technical error.

7.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, fg66 will settle bets according to established rules. Official results are final for all sports, including cricket and football.

Account Closure and Suspension

13.1 Closure by User

Any member may request closure of their account at any time. Available funds can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will be forfeited.

13.2 Suspension by fg66

fg66 may immediately suspend or terminate an account if there is evidence of rule violations, fraud, suspected money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. Seized funds will not be returned in such cases.

Mobile App Usage Terms

fg66's Android and iOS applications are available through official channels. The same terms and conditions apply to the use of these apps. Any attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or hack any version of the app is strictly prohibited.

The same credentials are used to log in to the mobile app. All transactions made through the app are subject to these terms.

General Provisions

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect. fg66's failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and fg66 and replace any prior oral or written understandings.

The Bangla version of this document is authoritative. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from a translation, the original Bangla text will apply.
